Hi,

I think I am having to go bankrupt v.soon and my wife is as well. Besides the usual assets to be disposed of (not that we have any!)would they take our two childrens trust funds we have for them at The Childrens Mutual?

Absolutely not - your children's money is very safely excluded from your bankrutpcy.
