If Trustee just been appointed (by the official receiver) for the sale of my property, is it too late for my brother now to pay my debtors in full?

Its not to late, but he has to pay the trustee not direct to the creditors and you also have to pay all the bankruptcy costs as well, how much do you owe, when did you go bankrupt, did you do it yourself or did someone make you bankrupt

Hi Thanks for the reply, I owe approx £46k, equity over £300k , an accountant I called to administer my company , and who promised for 10k will shut it down with no issues to me personally.. eventually wanted more and more money to himself and when I could not pay his additional fees I ended up bankrupt..

you would probably be better off contacting a professional who deals with this sort od thing all the time my personal suggestion would be Paul Johns from RevivaUK www.revivauk.com
he is one of this forum's professional experts and would gladly advise you over the phone initially.
with equity of £300k and only £46k debts on the surface it would appear to be feasible to rectify your situation in your favour

RevivaUK helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!

It would depend whether or not your brother could pay 46 000 & the trustee fees which could be in the tens of thousands.

The quicker it is done though the cheaper the fees will be.
