hi its been so helpfull reading all the questions and answers youve all given, its been a big help to me and answerd alot of my questions. i have £10 a week stopped out of my income support for a loan i had of them do i have to include it in my br and will it affect my claime for income support. i dont know how much i still owe then.if so should i ring and ask them and tell them im going br...any advice please.thank you aa
In the case of Income Support they would reduce your allowance to claim back that which is owed as they have at the £10 per month so you would continue to receive the lower amount.
