worried!!

Afternoon all,

Having been declared BK since March this year, everything has been going smoothly so far and I am paying an IPA. My case was transferred to the RTLU about 4 months ago and I am now worried about something. If the case worker at the RTLU looks into your file again and see's something that could give you a BRO, would they pass this back to my original OR to look into again. Some of my debts were through gambling, but as my file has now been completed by the OR and passed to RTLU, I assumed the OR had finished with the investigations into my case and no further action had been taken with regards my gambling. Could the RTLU revoke this decision and ask the OR to look into this again before I am discharged early next year?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you

xmas baby

I doubt it. And the fact that you contacted them about additional money would make it less likely I would imagine.
