Can i sell my mortgaged house to a family member to get rid of the huge mortgage before i declare trying to become bankrupt if so is the house liable to be taken off that family member
Hi and welcome to the forum you can sell your house to anyone that you wish.. as long as it is done properly and sold for market value the OR will have no interest in the sale
