Hi I have just found out I was discharged on the 30th November. Thanks everyone that has helped with all the questions I had to ask along the way and I hope I can help others who are just starting out.
We went BR on the 31 April this year and recieved our Early Discharge Application on the 14th Sept. My wife was discharged a couple of weeks ago and I found out today about mine.
It has all been quite straight forward along the way (with help from this site) and at times worrying but looking back it all ran really smoothly and all went as expected. We did not get an IPA so now I guess we can look forward to being debt free FOREVER, no more credit ever for us.
So if your thinking about this route then ask lots of questions and you should have no unpleasant suprises.
I will be hanging around to help as much as I can as have loved it when I have been even the littlest of help to someone cos I know how much relief it is when you get an answer to you worry or question.
Once again I cant thank you all enough, thanks

Congratulations and good luck for the future x
Average Joe, don't worry, it goes really quickly - I didn't get ED and the 12 months flew past. I also can't believe I've only got 7 more payments to make!
