Hi James here,
My main bank has sent termination notice on all my accounts,my mortgage is in 6k in depth interest only I want to surrender house but would prefer not to go bankrupt I have Intellect Property paten I have not made any money from but need to keep them protected,for future plans,I have been reading the stories and I am not on my own it is hard to know what to do or where to start,

hello,

how much debt do u have, bankruptcy is a last resort..there are other options dependant on your circs.

have u sought any advice?

Hi and welcome to the forum. Without knowing more about your situation it's difficult to advise you so I would recommend you either speak to the professional experts who post on this forum (their details are in the experts section at the side of this page) or look on www.iva.com and contact 2 or 3 companies. They will be able to advise you on all your options.

I would seek the assistance of one of the insolvency experts that use this forum.

Good luck - if I had a bit more infromation, I might be able to assist with some suggestions on the housing issues.
