recently went bankrupt. Phoned the insolvency agency on friday and they said my case had been passed onto moonbeaver??? Is there anyway i can get intouch with these people as my tax has been stopped for 2months now and dont want them to try and backdate my payments. any help would be useful, thsnks!

MoonBeaver are the solicitors that are used to take any payments that you need to make during your BR i.e. tax if you have a NT Tax Code or an IPA.

If you have an NT Tax Code then you will need to pay all of this money to MoonBeaver so the payments will be backdated to the time when you stopped paying income tax. If you don't have this money any more then you should contact the OR.

IPA payments are not backdated as they are made up of 36 payments so it isn't really important when the 1st payment starts.
