Under what circumstances would a judge deem me ineligible for bankruptcy?

If you are not insolvent, is the main one.

if you have not taken professional advice on proceeding with BR would be another.

Treat EVERY Penny as a prisoner.

The UK not being the Centre of Main Interests (COMI) when living in another EU country other than Denmark.

Those are pretty much the main ones. The Judge will need to ensure:

- You are insolvent
- You understand the restrictions of declaring BR and have sought professional advice
- Your COMI is the UK

If you meet these requirements then there is no reason you can't declare BR.

Have heard of a couple of incidents when paperwork has not been submitted in a clear cohessive manner and not properly completed. Judge or clerk has told applicant to go away and come back when ready.

suprisingly they do not accept card board boxes and the applicant saying all the info is in here
