Is a charging order on your house that has been placed before declaring bankrutcy wiped off ?

Hi

if the final charging order has been granted then this is now a debt secured against the house and is not included in a subsequent bankruptcy petition.

If the charging order is an Interim Charging order, then it is included in bankruptcy because it has not been finalised.
