Hi Allan

I do not recognise this company but speak to a couple of compnaies then compare against each other and go with the one that gives you best peace of mind. Ask for a track record, satisfied clients, proposal on how they would deal with your debt etc

include speaking to the experts to the left asthey are obviously who would be referrred from this site

good luck Nice to hear someone speaking about debt management rather than just plunging for BR as all of our circumstances are different
and we should not be pidgeon holed

Richard

regards Richard

Hi

I think you will find that they are an introducer and will earn a fee for introducing you to a relevant company.

Debt solutions companies do not as yet fall under the FSA, but rather the OFT via a Cinsumer Credit Licence.

When you say a debt settlement plan are they talking abgout a debt management plan or a negotiated settlement with your creditors?

Alan - welcome,

I am not able to assist, but there are insolvency experts who can on this site - one has already replied to you...

I believe that firm and others are good. I have approached them informally (normally off of the forum by email direct to them) and also Jones Giles in the same way on matters I was stuck on or could not see outside of my position...and the wood for the trees - they were both helpful

Good luck mate, Richard
