HI, i have decided to go bankrupt and have a hearing on 6th January 2010.
I have read about beneficial interest and while I understand that my partner may be able to buy the beneficial interest from the OR, is there any advantage in him doing so before the court date.

I haven't been able to find ha solicitor to undertake the purchase of the beneficial interest. Can someone recommend one in Greater \Manchester.

Is it only through solicitor and courts that we can arrange the sale of the beneficial interest?

thanks.

not really, in fact doing it before the BR hearing is only likely to make the OR suspicious, is there any equity in your property
