my car is on hp and i owe ten thousand and five hundred pound to barclays finance but the car doesnt work anymore so what will happen now?

you need to let us know what sort of finance it is.

Lease
Contract Hire
Fixed Sum Loan Agreement

I endorse what Paul has said, the type of finance is key.

Why is the car not working - if its worth £10K it is a decent vehicle I presume?
