A new year, I hope it brings everything each of you wish for.

For those who went bankrupt in 2009, may 2010 bring you less stress and hope for a happier future. For those about to embark on the process of filing for bankruptcy, don't delay do it, the sooner you sort out your finances, the stress and worry will soon lessen, I appreciate it is a hard decision to have to make, but believe you me, once you have done it, you will kick yourslef for not having done so earlier!!
Many of the people I have helped over the years don't belive me initially when I say that having done the 'deed' will have the best nights sleep in ages, or come out of the court/OR's office feeling a couple of inches taller having had the burden of debt removed from their shoulders, but many of them come back to me vis the phone or email to state that i was right, they had the same feeling and wished they had sorted things sooner, they feel so much better. I am not trying to make the process sound like a magic wand, it won't sort all your problemsm but it will help you simply by taling away the burden that debt brings. Life really is too short!!!!!!!!

So good luck to all of you, those who are currenly bankrupt and importantly for those about to start the process, make 2010 a year when you become debt free! and remember that here on the forum we are always available to help you achieve your debt free goal!

Good Luck, Melanie
