i am currently out of work and owe around £15000 on credit cards and a loan i am not a home owner what is my best option

If your debts don't amount to more than £15k, then you may qualify for a debt relief order. You can find out more via this link:

Hi Glenn

as kallis states under 15K go for Debt relief order

Over 15K and No income you may qualify for a reduction in BR fees reduced by £150

What is the chance of work ? if it is still a realistic option you may be able to negotiate your way out

however as time progresses the options reduce, how many months in arrears are you ?
