quick about me. Divorced, ex stopped paying mortgage that was in my name, so fmh was re possessed, and sold for 3 beans so all in all i owe £161k. Judge in the divorce told me to go bankrupt.
I am doing the forms at the moment. Stuck on the reasons for the debt. How do I keep it factual without feeling sorry for myself? I am career for 2 child that are registered disabled and am on benefits.
Guess I am just feeling so overwhelmed by it all. So will probably have more questions soon

Just put down that after your divorce you were liable for the full mortgage repayments, which you couldn't meet. This resulted in the property being repossessed and you are now liable for the shortfall. You can go into more detail, if needed, during the interview with the OR.

hello and welcome

The OR is looking for amounts and dates, so first talk about why you could afford it before, what changed, when it changed, and the new position you find yourself in
