hi all, its been a while.....
due to be discharged on th 16th march but as yet all thats been asked for is my car details which i sent off(was allowed to keep)had no other contact with the or other than to change my address, its been niggling in the back of my mind as to whether we would get an ipa but im against phoning incase it makes them look at my case again!
really hoping i can get past discharge date without hearing anything......is this likely? will i still have to fill out my final i+e before discharge and can they ask me to do this after discharge date? hope all this makes sense......its very late!

There is no point phoning the OR now as it is highly unlikely that you will get an ED with AD only 2 months away. When the OR advises you that they are seeking an ED they have to contact the creditors to see if any of them object to the ED and this normally takes 6-8 weeks and as this is roughly the time until your AD it doesn't really make sense for the OR to go through this process.

The OR can request an I&E at any point until your discharge, they can only request an I&E after discharge if you are paying an IPA. With an ED they will pretty much always request an updated I&E (especially if you don't have an IPA) but with an AD I don't think they normally bother.

Keep your head down, don't phone the OR and just count the weeks until the AD. With a bit of luck you won't have to complete another I&E and you won't get an IPA.

If it is anything like the OR in this area, your case will have been long forgotton. With 6-8 new cases everyday they are struggling to administer what they have without going back over old ground.

I think thta if you had peaked their interest you would have heard about it months ago.

Good luck.
