Moorcroft Group are debt collectors.

Don't know who they work for though.

They are very aggresive and use underhand tactics, I would not speak with them if I were you

Hi

I believe they may be part of or in some way affiliated to the Halifax / Natwest / RBoS group.
And their primary function is debt collection

They also act for Studio Cards, Next Directory and HSBC Credit Cards as they held the majority of my debts when I went BR.

I too agree they are very devious and aggressive they would even ring my parents up and leave calling cards when I was in an IVA.

Moorcroft also deal with debt collection for Argos, they be very devious, kept sending me letters saying I had agreed to an increase in the monthly repayments, when I had not. Once I gave them the OR's telephone number and address they went very quiet.
