Hi,

Write to those creditors enclosing a copy of your discharge and tell them to remove the defaults back to the date of your BR and give them a 28 day deadline otherwise you will take the matter forwards.

As regards the CRA's you may just have to keep paying a couple of quid a time to get up to date details.

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
