Hi Pam,

All assets are at risk when you declare bankruptcy.

How much debt do you have? Is your home jointly owned? What is your situation at the moment?

Please speak to an expert to see what options are available.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

As Viki says, you need to speak to an expert and the initial advice is free and will help point you in the right direction.

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
