Please can you help with how the OR deals with valuing property, believe there is positive negative due to housing boom in last 6 months but also have read that 3 valuations by estate agents are required. Does the OR take into account estate agents mark up etc?

Hi Loz,

You would usually ask the estate agents for a quick sale valuation, you are looking for a realistic selling price. Have a look at zoopla for similar houses that have sold in the area to see what they sold for.
