I own 2 computers that are essential to my work (as I am a self employed composer), if I declare Bankruptcy would they be taken from me and sold? They are worth about £1000

Hi and welcome,

I think they will be ok but of course it is down to the OR.

Why do you need two and what is your total debt? There may be another path you can go down.

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant

Hi Tim,

It's unlikely your computers will be taken from you. As Niobe has asked, please post a few details of your situation, or speak to an expert to chat everything through to see what your options are.
