Hi Kelvin,

Welcome to the forum.

First of all, if you haven't already, I suggest you speak to an expert for some advice. You really need to discuss your situation and see what your options are.

If you want to check who you owe money to, you can get your credit reports from Equifax, Experian and CallCredit, that will give you an idea on what you are dealing with.

Please post any questions on here, but speak to someone either on here on at your local CAB for some advice as soon as you can.

Hi and welcome from me as well.

You can access your Call Credit account via a website called Noddle and that is free. With the other two it will cost you £2 each to get a paper report but, as Viki says, you will be able to find out your creditors.

As regards the fees, you can get a reduction if you are on certain benefits so check that out as well.

You do need to speak to an expert for some free advice though.

To be honest it does not really matter who you are in debt with as soon as you are bankrupt they are all kicked to the kerb.

I put things like credit cards and stuff on my petition but I didn't know or list then all. So don't fret about that.

Maybe speak to a government run debt advice service? They may know of ways you can get the amount and pay it back.
