 I am going insolvent. We have a joint loan. Can the house my wife owns be repossessed ?

I am going insolvent and my wife owns her home but we have a joint secure loan on it , can they repo her house thanks

Can your wife still manage payments on her home? If you go BR then she will still be liable for payments on that loan.

Hi Stuart,

Have you taken advice? Especially regarding if you have a beneficial interest in this property? Are you both living there? Have you contributed to this property financially?

I suggest you speak to an expert to go over your options
