Hello All,
I have been in Debt management for 79 months and have not missed a payment, I owe a six figure sum to 7 creditors, but the big one is NRAM, I offered a very small final payment which was (as expected ) declined. BR seems the only option. Like everyone I have a unique set of circumstances, and need a really good expert to analyse my exact financial position and advise me on the next steps. I have recently had advice from the CAB Debt specialist, but they cannot guarnetee my wife will not lose our home. Even though it is in her name. This is just one of many questions I have for a specialist. Including directorship, personal finances and expected inheritance, among other topics. I really need a complete expert, maybe an ex-Bankruptcy receiver. I would appreciate any feedback. Regards Paul

Hi and welcome.

Have you thought about doing an IVA? It might be an option and your home should be safe.

Have a word with Viki who is the expert on here. The advice is free and she may be able to help you.

Who have you been doing your DMP through?

Hi, I agree you need specialist advice, there may be other options.

What advice have you received from the CAB?
