Hi, if bankruptcy is the best option for you then you could visit the CAB to see if there is any funding available for you.

Have you taken advice? How much debt do you have? Do you have any assets?

Hi and welcome,

If you in receipt of certain benefits then the fees are reduced.

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
