I am divorced, as part of the settlement my wife bought out my share of the equity at market value, about 18 months ago. Is her property safe should I go bankrupt?

It will certainly be looked at by the Official Receiver.

How was market value determined?
Did you do the transaction through a solicitor?
Has your name been removed from the deeds?
Is your interest still registered at land registry?

As for going bankrupt - please supply more information.

And I think you should take your advertising elsewhere to a more suitable site.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
