Other than the 3 copies of the forms, and additional stuff such as proof of iva failing, valuations of property (had two done). is there anything else we need to take....passports, wage slips, bank statements?

hi today went very smooth and dealt with by really nice lady.i was slightly nervous going in but there was no need as it was very straight forward.all over in about hour and half but most of that is waiting around.only thing now is feel slightly weird as all my debts are gone

different courts require different things - nothing standard I am afraid.

Bristol and Peterborough each require only one set of forms, other courts need 2 or 3 sets.

Will take everthing with me just in case. got to ring the court tomorrow anyway so will double check......seemed to be going quite smoothly until this week lol...roll on monday.

hi i was in court today and only needed 1 lot of forms and nothing else so best to check as each court seems to be different
