Other than the 3 copies of the forms, and additional stuff such as proof of iva failing, valuations of property (had two done). is there anything else we need to take....passports, wage slips, bank statements?

Thank you

xx

I was told 3 months bank statements, 3 months pay slips, and the fee. I suggest you phone the bankrupcy dept at your local court to find out. I found my court very helpful on this.

different courts require different things - nothing standard I am afraid.

Bristol and Peterborough each require only one set of forms, other courts need 2 or 3 sets.
