ihave been checking the insolvency register as the or wrote to me about six weeks ago saying that i may be entitled to a early discharge and i had to fill in a ie form we went bankrupt on 06 jan 2009. i looked today on the ir and to my surprise it says i have had a early discharge i have had no correspondance from the or re this is this the norm
Well done on the ED. Whether the OR communicates the ED with you or not seems to depend upon the OR. I don't think they are obliged to inform you although they do normally tell you that you may be entitled to ED when they are starting the process.
How ofern does this get updated, I was told I may get early discharge prob to happen in june, however just checked and my friends still shows bankcrupt and its over a year ago. Do you have a link so I can see the early discharge wrote so i know what im looking for and where?
