Posted - 25 May 2008 : 21:32:23 I went bankrupt in april 08 and also claimed a deduction of costs for benefits.Just for your information the court insisted on all benefit papers not being any older than 30 days.I just asked WTC ( working tax credit) to send me out a dated copy within the time limit,WTC are quite fast at acting but you may have to chase other agencies up
