Posted - 28 May 2008 : 00:59:55 i had my house valued a month ago so that i could keep the prper i had my house valued about a month ago so i could see if it was possible to keep it.my house was valued at 163000 and my morgage is 160000 plus a early repayment charge of 8000 pounds .so i sent in the valuation to the O'R i had no reply so i phoned and he said that they have shelved it until september .i am off sick with deppresion and have 2 kids plus another one the way in november,and posssible have no home .can anyone tell me if this is normal as theres no equity in the house and i can aford the payments which i have been making

Yes this is normal as they do have three years in which to deal with your property if they so wish.
Unless someone is willing to offer a sum to purchase your interest in the property which could speed up the process.
