i had my house valued a month ago so that i could keep the prper
i had my house valued about a month ago so i could see if it was possible to keep it.my house was valued at 163000 and my morgage is 160000 plus a early repayment charge of 8000 pounds .so i sent in the valuation to the O'R i had no reply so i phoned and he said that they have shelved it until september .i am off sick with deppresion and have 2 kids plus another one the way in november,and posssible have no home .can anyone tell me if this is normal as theres no equity in the house and i can aford the payments which i have been making

Hi John,

Yes this is normal as they do have three years in which to deal with your property if they so wish.

Unless someone is willing to offer a sum to purchase your interest in the property which could speed up the process.
