Posted - 18 May 2008 : 22:19:02 hi its been so helpfull reading all the questions and answers youve all given, its been a big help to me and answerd alot of my questions. i have £10 a week stopped out of my income support for a loan i had of them do i have to include it in my br and will it affect my claime for income support. i dont know how much i still owe then.if so should i ring and ask them and tell them im going br...any advice please.thank you aa

Posted - 18 May 2008 : 23:02:34 In the case of Income Support they would reduce your allowance to claim back that which is owed as they have at the £10 per month so you would continue to receive the lower amount.
