Posted - 04 June 2008 : 09:13:05 Hi art,
There are certain courts across the country that have a walk in service with no appointment needed, however they normally have a maximum of Bankruptcies they will deal with each day so the queue starts fairly early.
Posted - 03 June 2008 : 18:40:18 ART...Ive just phoned the court today and got an appointment for friday the 20th, that was the soonest they coulkd fit me in, so thats just over 2 weeks away...gives you a bit of time to get the last few things sorted.....

Posted - 03 June 2008 : 17:06:05 Hi Art,
The courts that operate on an appointment basis usually have a 10-14 day waiting period.
Posted - 03 June 2008 : 15:34:46 Hi Art You need to contact your local court - each operate slightly differently. Some book you an appointment, others you need to walk in with your form and wait to see the judge on the day. I needed to book an appointment which was just over a fortnight after the day I rang them. Either way your wait isn't too long. Court staff are really helpful and will advise you what you need to do.
