Hi Art You need to contact your local court - each operate slightly differently. Some book you an appointment, others you need to walk in with your form and wait to see the judge on the day. I needed to book an appointment which was just over a fortnight after the day I rang them. Either way your wait isn't too long. Court staff are really helpful and will advise you what you need to do.
ART...Ive just phoned the court today and got an appointment for friday the 20th, that was the soonest they coulkd fit me in, so thats just over 2 weeks away...gives you a bit of time to get the last few things sorted.....
There are certain courts across the country that have a walk in service with no appointment needed, however they normally have a maximum of Bankruptcies they will deal with each day so the queue starts fairly early.
