Hi art,

There are certain courts across the country that have a walk in service with no appointment needed, however they normally have a maximum of Bankruptcies they will deal with each day so the queue starts fairly early.

Kind Regards,

Hi Art,

The courts that operate on an appointment basis usually have a 10-14 day waiting period.

Hi Art
You need to contact your local court - each operate slightly differently.
Some book you an appointment, others you need to walk in with your form and wait to see the judge on the day.
I needed to book an appointment which was just over a fortnight after the day I rang them.
Either way your wait isn't too long.
Court staff are really helpful and will advise you what you need to do.
