Posted - 11 June 2008 : 10:42:20 It's looking likely that within the next year or so our office will be closed down which is causing concern, I have been with the company just coming upto 9 years so I want to hold out for redundancy. I just wondered what would happen if I was made redundant during the BR period with regards to redundancy pay I might get, also what would happen with the pay when discharged and in the IPA period should I have one.
Can anyone advise on this.
Thank you.

If you get a new job before the money has been absorbed, then the balance would need to be paid over to the OR if it was received prior to your discharge.
