Hi
apart from my monthly payments towards my BR,are there any extra payments needed on a regular basis to the court for admin. my BR during the 3yrs as in IVA?

Hi Paul
Thanks ,Iam fine ,your self?.Been declared bankrupt, had my interview couple days ago,
and awaiting OR decision with regard to IPA and the rest.I feel £73.000 lighter in weight and addicted to the bankrupcy forum instead of Blackjack( far better and cheaper addiction).

Hi

Hope you are well

Apart from the agreed Income Payment Agreement there are no further fees payable to the court apart from the 495 to petition for your own Br.

If however your income changes ( up or down )then you need to speak to the OR's office and advise them so that your monthly payments can be changed accordingly
