Posted - 14 June 2008 : 20:59:20 To get a certificate of discharge you will need to write to the court where you were made BR with a cheque for £60 made payable to HMCS. You will need to give them as much information about your BR as possible - date, reference number etc.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Posted - 12 June 2008 : 22:08:50 Hi Sarah
You ought to have received your discharge from bankruptcy in December 2004. You should give the Trustee a call who dealt with your case, and you may need to apply to Court for a discharge certificate which I think costs £60.
