I tried experian but after putting in my details for a free months trial they ask for a credit card!, which i don't have as i only have a basic account, any ideas?, with thanks, joe90

Don't forget that there are a number of companies offering pre-pay cards. There is no credit checking as there is no credit .... you just charge it up with money and use it like a debit card.

Posted - 13 June 2008 : 09:40:29 Hi Joe - you can do it by post with a cheque/postal order for £1 - or there abouts. Should tell you on their website how to do it that way.
