Posted - 14 June 2008 : 22:32:44 Hi there
the assets you describe will be safe in Br.
With regards " is Br the right solution" it would be helpful if we can have a little more info.
The key thing here is are you able to maintain a reasonable repayment plan or is it a serious struggle.
Secondly it is worth checking to see what is says in your tennancy agreement if it is a private landlord.

Posted - 14 June 2008 : 20:24:05 Hi hoi and welcome to the forum.
The assets that you have listed would be safe in BR. As far as I'm aware the OR has no interest in a motability vehicle, but hopefully Julian will be able to confirm that.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
