Does anyone know whether Student Loan Debts can be included in BR?
They are the 'old style' Student Loans, which were started in 1997.

Posted - 15 June 2008 : 17:37:30 Student loans cannot be included in bankruptcy proceedings, and need to repaid directly from your salary as soon as you hit the earnings threshold.
