Dear Forum

Does anyone know whether Student Loan Debts can be included in BR?

They are the 'old style' Student Loans, which were started in 1997.

To my humble knowledge student loans are not included in BR, nto sure about the old style ones

Student loans cannot be included in bankruptcy proceedings, and need to repaid directly from your salary as soon as you hit the earnings threshold.
