Posted - 17 June 2008 : 15:34:20 Hi m2000 - I think it might be best to phone - they will pop the forms in the post. They seem to be really busy in the courts. Or, you could get the forms online and download them or complete them online through the Insolvency Service website. The court's info is on HM Court service website too.
