Posted - 24 June 2008 : 14:35:38 we have been paying a debt which was orginally taken out with the hsbc and is now owned by Largo the asked us to increase the amount of £10 per mmonth which we where unable to do we have never defaulted on the payment they are now goin to male us bankrupt for the full amount unless i pay £1400 now and £50 pm there after i have suggested a charging order on my my property which they have refused they have also said that they would not accept an IVA your advice would be greatly appreciated
