Posted - 30 June 2008 : 19:32:58 Hi upthecreek - welcome to the forum. I have a feeling you can give someone power of attorney (or similar) to represent you at court and with the OR. Please wait for one of the BR assist experts to advise you fully. The process of getting your court date and having your OR interview is relatively quick - 4/6 weeks - so that may give you time to do it before leaving the country.
