Posted - 30 June 2008 : 21:15:27 I have been going through the mountain of papers i have been ignoring and have realised that I have not paid my National insurance; I am self employed. Given that I'm struggling to raise the BR fee as it is should I include this debt on my SOA or get it paid at some point?? I also noticed that on my last tax return (06/07) I showed a loss of £2700 and there was actually an income tax overpayment of £100 as well.
Not the best time to be self employed!

Any money owed to the Crown (tax, NI, etc) can be included and written off in a BR.
