Posted - 26 July 2008 : 09:26:00 If I end up with a BRO/BRU does this still have any effect on any inheritance during this period, or is any inheritance claimed by the OR during bankruptcy only.
If you get a BRO/BRU is this exactly the same as being bankrupt. SO in other words after 12 months you could be discharged from bankruptcy but if you get a BRO/BRU, does this mean you are still officially bankrupt.

Posted - 26 July 2008 : 13:54:30 A BRO/BRU only extends the restriction of Bankruptcy, so the windfall clause or changes to income will not relate to this.
You will still be a discharged Bankrupt, but subject to a BRO/BRU.
