If I end up with a BRO/BRU does this still have any effect on any inheritance during this period, or is any inheritance claimed by the OR during bankruptcy only.
If you get a BRO/BRU is this exactly the same as being bankrupt. SO in other words after 12 months you could be discharged from bankruptcy but if you get a BRO/BRU, does this mean you are still officially bankrupt.
